Zubereitung

Die Zwiebeln schälen und in Würfel schneiden. Die Zucchini längs in Scheiben schneiden. Das Lachsfilet in kleine Stücke schneiden.

Eine Auflaufform mit Backpapier auslegen und Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen

Die Eier in einer Schüssel miteinander verquirlen und Salz und Pfeffer dazugeben. Die Zucchini-Scheiben mit Olivenöl bestreichen.

Nun kommt das Schichten: In die Auflaufform abwechselnd Zucchini und Lachs legen. Am Ende dann die verquirlten Eier über die Lasagne gießen.

Das Ganze dann für 30-40 Minuten in den Backofen
