Zubereitung

Feldsalat waschen und in eine Schüssel geben. Feta klein würfeln und zusammen mit den Heidelbeeren, Leinsamen, Chia Samen und Sonnenblumenkernen dazugeben.

Avocado halbieren, entkernen und mit einer Gabel zerdrücken. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Balsamico verrühren, über den Salat gießen und unterheben.
