Zubereitung

Den Beerensaft kühl stellen.

Den griechischen Joghurt mit den gefriergetrockneten Beeren und dem Proteinpulver in eine Schüssel geben.

Anschließend mit dem gekühlten Beerensaft aufgießen. Alles ca. 30 Sekunden mixen. Die Creme in eine
passende Form gießen und für 30 Minuten ins Tiefkühlfach stellen.
