Zubereitung

Ofen auf 180 °C vorheizen.

Die Banane mit einer Gabel in der Schüssel zerdrücken und die Vollkornhaferflocken hinzugeben. Nun die Rosinen. Das ganze zu einer homogenen Masse verrühren.

Aus dem Teig kleine Bällchen oder „Cookies” formen und auf ein Backblech legen. Das Ganze für 10–15 Minuten im Ofen backen.
