Zubereitung

Das Proteinpulver mit dem Vollkornmehl und dem Backpulver in eine kleine Schüssel geben, mischen und anschließend Eiweiß und Milch unterrühren.

Den Teig in einer beschichteten und gefetteten Pfanne (z.B. Kokosfett) bei mittlerer Hitze zu Pfannkuchen backen. Dabei je 1 EL Teig in die Pfanne geben und leicht auseinander drücken.

Sobald der Teig Blasen bekommt, einmal wenden.
