Zubereitung

Aubergine, Fleischtomaten und Champignons waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. Paprika waschen und in Schnitze schneiden.

Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer und Oregano in einer Schüssel miteinander vermengen. Das Lachsfilet und das Gemüse mit der Marinade bestreichen.

Nun auf den Grill legen oder in der Pfanne anbraten. Mit der Zitrone verfeinern.
