Zubereitung

Backofen auf 160° C Umluft vorheizen.

Eier, gemahlene Haselnüsse, Eiweißpulver, Magerquark, Honig, Backpulver und Zimt in einer Schüssel miteinander vermengen. Falls der Teig zu fest ist, Mandelmilch dazugeben.

Apfel waschen, kleinraspeln und unter den Teig mischen.

Teig in Muffin-Förmchen geben und circa 30 Minuten im Backofen backen lassen.
