Zubereitung

Paprika waschen und am Strunk horizontal halbieren, sodass ein Deckel entsteht. Paprika aushöhlen und zur Seite stellen.

Zwiebel schälen, halbieren und in kleine Würfel schneiden. In einer Pfanne Olivenöl erhitzen und die Zwiebeln kurz anbraten, Hackfleisch dazugeben und braten, bis das Fleisch durch ist, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.

Feta kleinbröseln und mit dem Hackfleisch und den stückigen Tomaten in einer Schüssel vermengen.

Den Backofen auf 180° C vorheizen. Auf einem Backblech Backpapier ausbreiten. Die Masse in die Paprika füllen und den „Deckel“ darauflegen.

Das Ganze dann für 5 Minuten in den Backofen schieben
