Zubereitung

Bananen schälen, in Scheiben schneiden und für mindestens 5 Stunden in ein Gefrierfach stellen.

Die Blaubeeren mit einer Gabel in einer Schüssel zerdrücken. Die Bananen mit der Mandelmilch pürieren.

Blaubeeren und Chia Samen zu der Bananenmasse geben und nochmals für 2-3 Stunden in der Gefriertruhe aufbewahren. Danach kann serviert werden
