Zubereitung

Den Brokkoli in kleine Rösschen zerkleinern, um ihn dann im Mixer zu pürieren. Die Masse in ein Handtuch geben und auswringen. Nun das Ganze in einer Schüssel mit den Eiern vermengen

Den Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen und ein Backbleck mit Backpapier auslegen. Auf das Backpapier die Brokkolimasse geben und mit einer Gabel dünn zu einem Boden platt drücken. Den Boden für 15 Minuten in den Backofen schieben.

Den Boden nun mit den Tomaten „bestreichen“, Petersilie und Walnüsse fein hacken. Die Zwiebel schälen und in Würfel schneiden

Den Lachs in Stücke schneiden. Nun alle Zutaten beliebig auf der Pizza verteilen und das Ganze dann noch einmal für 10-15 Minuten in den Ofen schieben.
