Zubereitung:

Buchweizen mit dem Eiweiß in einen Topf geben und unter ständigem Rühren erhitzen. Wenn das Eiweiß gestockt hat, Wasser und Stevia hinzugeben. 15 Minuten köcheln lassen bis der Buchweizen das komplette Wasser aufgesogen hat.

Rapsöl, Himbeeren, Eiweißpulver und Zimt hinzugeben und miteinander vermengen.
