Zubereitung:

Die Eier mit Pfeffer und Salz schaumig schlagen.

Den Feta in Würfel schneiden. Die Birne waschen, halbieren und ebenfalls in Würfel schneiden.

Feta, Birne und Himbeeren in die Schüssel mit dem Eischaum geben. Alles miteinander vermengen.

Das Olivenöl in einer Pfanne und die Eiermasse braten.
