Zubereitung

In einem Mixer die Walnusskerne und die Datteln zerkleinern. In einer Schüssel die gemahlenen Mandeln, die Chiasamen und die Kokosraspeln miteinander vermengen und die Masse aus den Walnusskernen und Datteln dazugeben Alles miteinander verkneten.

Wenn der Teig zu trocken ist etwas Wasser dazugeben.

Aus dem Teig nun Bällchen formen.
