Zubereitung

In einem Behälter Früchtetee mit Xylit/Stevia verrühren und in eine Eiswürfelform oder Muffinform gießen.

Die Früchte mit dazu und einen kleinen Löffel oder einen Eisstiel hineinstecken.

Für mindestens 5 Stunden im Gefrierfach aufbewahren, danach zum Verzehr aus der Form lösen.
