Zubereitung

Kokosöl (wenn noch nicht flüssig, bitte kurz erhitzen), Currypulver, Pfeffer und Salz in einer Schüssel zu einer Marinade vermengen. Nach Belieben dürfen auch frische Kräuter dazugegeben werden. Hähnchen mit einem Pinsel von beiden Seiten mit der Marinade bestreichen.

Zucchini waschen und in ca. 2 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Paprika waschen und in Würfel schneiden. Nun Paprika, Zucchini, Brokkolirösschen und Cherrytomaten auf die Holzspieße schieben.
