Zubereitung

Eier in einer Schüssel verquirlen und Spinat, Salz, Pfeffer und Dill dazugeben.

Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und die Masse darauf verteilen. 10 Minuten bei 200 Grad backen, dann abkühlen lassen.

Die Masse mit Frischkäse bestreichen, den Lachs gleichmäßig darauf verteilen und mit Zitronensaft beträufeln.

Nun eng zusammenrollen und die Rolle in einer Klarsichtfolie 6 Stunden kühl lagern. Dann in fingerbreite Scheiben schneiden
