Zubereitung

Thunfisch abtropfen lassen und mit den Eiern, Salz und Pfeffer in einer Schüssel vermengen.

Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen. Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und den Thunfisch darauf legen.

Den Thunfisch mit einer Gabel zu einem dünnen Boden formen und für 10 Minuten in den Backofen schieben.

Danach den Boden mit den Tomaten bestreichen, nach Belieben mit Gemüse belegen, Feta klein bröseln und darüber streuen.

Noch einmal für 10 Minuten in den Backofen.
