Zubereitung

Den Backofen auf 175° C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und miteinander vermengen, bis ein Teig entsteht. Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen und 30 Minuten im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen. Teig ausrollen (nicht zu dünn). Wenn er zu sehr klebt, zwischen zwei Backpapieren ausrollen.

Aus dem Teig Formen stechen und auf ein Backblech legen. Die Plätzchen 10 Minuten im Backofen backen lassen.
