Zubereitung

Den Backofen auf 180° C vorheizen.

Alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel miteinander vermengen. Aus dem Teig 1-Eurogroße Stücke nehmen, zwischen den Handflächen rollen und zu einem Sichelmond formen.

Die Vanillekipferl auf ein Backblech legen und für 10 Minuten im Backofen lassen.

Abkühlen lassen und mit Puderxylit bestäuben.
