Zubereitung

Den Backofen auf 175° C (Umluft) vorheizen.

Eier und Olivenöl in einer Schüssel miteinander vermengen und Erythrit, Stevia und Rum-Aroma daruntermischen. Die restlichen Zutaten nach und nach in die Schüssel geben. Jedes Mal, wenn der Teig zu fest wird, etwas von dem Tee beimengen.

Auf einem Backblech Backpapier auslegen. Mit einem Esslöffel den Teig auf dem Blech platzieren und für 20 Minuten backen, anschließend abkühlen lassen.

In einem Topf Orangensaft und Erythrit erhitzen und das Magenbrot damit bestreichen.
