Den Backofen auf 175° C (Umluft) vorheizen.
Eier in einer Schüssel schaumig schlagen und Orangensaft, Erythrit, Stevia, Kokosblütensirup und Rum-Aroma unterrühren. Die restlichen Zutaten nach und nach unter ständigem Rühren beigeben.
Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. Aus dem Teig acht gleichgroße Taler formen und auf das Blech legen.
Im Ofen 20 Minuten backen und danach fünf Minuten abkühlen lassen.
Für den Überguss in einer Schüssel Orangensaft, Zimt und Erythrit vermischen. Die Lebkuchen mit dem „Zuckerguss“ bestreichen.
