Zubereitung

Backofen auf 170 °C vorheizen

Quinoa, Chiasamen, Leinsamen, Haferflocken, Salz, Zimt, Kardamom und Mandeln in einer Schüssel miteinander vermengen.

Den Honig mit dem Reis Sirup und dem Mandelmus in einer weiteren Schüssel miteinander vermengen

Nun die Sirup-Masse in die Schüssel mit den trockenen Zutaten geben und gründlich vermischen.

Auf einem Backblech Backpapier auslegen und die Masse auf dem Backblech verstreichen. Das Ganze für 15 Minuten backen, danach 10 Minuten abkühlen lassen und in Riegel schneiden.
