Zubereitung

Die Pfanne mit etwas Öl erhitzen.

Eier und Milch verrühren, Proteinpulver untermischen, bis es eine homogene Masse ist. Circa 4 EL von dem Teig in die Pfanne geben und mit einem Schaber verteilen.

Bei mittlerer Hitze 1-2 Minuten goldbraun backen und dann wenden. Toppings nach Wunsch.
